bad experience, no booking record in the hotel system although I received the confirmation email and just need to pay in the hotel directly. but they final accepted my booking and pay to them directly.

ホテルの体をなさない
レセプションには制服のスタッフが2人、私服の暇をもてあそび駄弁りに来たようなスタッフが6～7人、観光案内の民族衣装を着けたスタッフはレセプションの横のソファーで昼寝・・・。ホテルの体をなしていない。
