The staff here are all very good. We stay here often on our trips to Yakima. We tried a couple other motels. We end up coming back here. We will be back again next October.

Although the staff was nice and helpful, I booked a different hotel on my way back. I'd rate the room as "tolerable" and overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. The clerk who checked me in was great! I'm grateful she asked if I was able to walk up stairs or if I needed a room on the first floor, because I wouldn't have been able to walk up the stairs. The motel is located on a busy street and across from a gas station. When I checked in, there was a group of men standing around and I thought they were day laborers, but after dark there were a couple more groups of men loitering. I decided to order delivery for dinner rather than risk having to park on the street when I got back, because it didn't feel safe. The room was a lot smaller and dingier than I expected from the photos - the walls and the headboard had stains on them. The A/C was off when I arrived so the room was hot, and it smelled strange. The smell never went away.
