Room temperature cannot be adjusted, was too hot for my taste and there are signs telling you not to open the window. Bathroom smelled of mildew, bed seemed ancient; incredibly soft and not in a good way. Overall, very much a budget hotel experience. The view of the city was nice however, and it wasn't exactly terrible

very pleasing and the price is cheap
stayed with my son last March 7, 2017 , the staffs were all so friendly and very helpful with our needs ,their ometenashi with their guest are just awesome. I love their Olive & Salt give baby star panmen, it's delicious. plus we've found a cute tsuru origami on our bed. that's so cute. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Check in was quick and I had no problems. Area was convenient for walking from the train station.

Room was decent size for Japanese standards and the beds were very comfortable. Wifi was OK in the rooms. They let us stay in the lobby when we arrived early but no wifi here. Breakfast was ok

great hotel when you need one in yamaguchi. Great rates, comfortable room and good breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommended!
