Was able to snag a room at this hotel last minute and was very happy. Rooms are nothing fancy, but appears recently renovated. Lobby has a cute coffee shop in it and you can walk to the bay.

The customer service was impeccable. All of the ladies were so friendly and engaging. The hotel was so nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The cafe had excellent coffee and customer service. And loved the manatee theme throughout. Great location on the water, too. We stopped here for a one night stay on a road trip and now plan to return for a longer stay, and a kayak tour! Highly recommend Paddletail!

Hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, area is safe. My only complaint is my wife didn’t sleep well as walls are thin. She has great hearing & could hear all the families around & above us. Staff was very courteous & accommodating.

It is a very nice place. Very clean right near the Gulf water with special stay packages like manatee tours, scalloping, kayak adventures staff is great very helpful and friendly,we had a couple of small things like the room we got didn't have a bathtub as advertised so they moved us right away to another room but after a short while the TV stopped working and again they moved us to yet another room. We stayed another night at a discounted rate and the rest of our stay was pleasant. Coffee and breakfast pastries are excellent as well at the little breakfast store inside the office area

Reserved a room with a king-sized bed. After checking in, I hauled our luggage up to the room (2nd floor and no elevator) just to find out it was a room with two double beds. Had to haul the luggage back down, go back to the front desk and finally was able to get a king-sized room (handicapped). Beds were not comfortable to me but everyone has their own taste. Went to the coffee shop, in the morning, for a donut and coffee. Coffee was not good and donut was definitely not fresh. Property was very clean and in a fantastic location!

Padddletail staff we're friendly and helpful. Stacy had to be bothered several times with our needs when we first checked in . She was gracious and willing to accommodate. The place was pretty and set up nicely.
