Impeccable older Japanese style hotel, with rooms overlooking Osaka Castle. Several wonderful restaurants to choose from in the hotel as well as delicious breakfast buffet offering both Western and Japanese style dishes. Exceptional staff, with great enthusiasm and English language skills to help you with any questions you may have. Near several subway stations for access to the city.

This is a traditional luxury hotel that is very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was big and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. You cannot ask for a better service. Breakfast was incredible. Too many things to choose from and delicious. It was located close to a JRStation which makes it very easy to go to the main touristic points in the city and outside. Just don’t use the tennis courts. They are ridiculously overpriced. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel provides a lot of amenities: viz. tooth brush, paste, lotions, markup remover, brush, cotton swab, hair drier, iron, slippers, sleeping cloths, robe, two waters, post cards, and a free drink at the bar. Excellent service from the staff. About a dozen restaurants onsite. Changed a large bill and sent my post cards. Great view of the castle and grounds. I would visit this hotel again for my next trip to Osaka.

I stayed at this hotel for Osaka castle view and Osaka Jo Hall. The view was nice and it took only a couple of minutes to get to Osaka Jo Hall so I could be well-rested after the show. The room was a bit outdated but very clean and spacious compared with other hotels in Japan. The staffs were very kind and helpful. I would like to visit again.

The hotel service is pretty good and friendly, the room is clean, the surrounding is super convenient to shopping and grabbing the tasty foods, and the transportation is very easy to bring you to everywhere you want to go. Very nice.
