My favorite staff!
I will always choose this particular hotel when I book a hotel in Yerevan. The staff is so friendly and helpful, well trained and their customer service is wonderful! I keep returning because of the staff. The location is also a plus. There is a beautiful park across the street and many, many places to grab a quick cup of coffee or enjoy a leisurely meal. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

All staff member are great except the lady manager (lady in red :) Because I’m doing implants, I need to east soft food, I came down with with an express soup asking for bowl and hot water. She told me to go to my room and use the kettle to prepare for myself. I’m regular customer and I stay in Sep. 24 nights (3 bookings), but after such behavior and they way she spoke to me. I simply erase this hotel from my monthly visit to Yerevan. And I was lucky because I found much better hotel. Thank you dear rude manage to send me to better hotel.

I have stayed for 6 nights and I was so amazed with services privided, taking into consideration hotel with 3 stars the provided quality was above 4 stars hotel, from the friendliest staff to the quality of the breakfast amazing housekeeping. This is a lovely hotel, in a fabulous location, with an extraordinary staff that was helpful, friendly, accomodating, and really made us feel like honored guests. They also have a marvelous breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious choices that was unfailingly plentiful! The breakfasts were both delicious and healthful, with lots of veggies and fruits fresh and chopped up...incredible tomatoes! The desk staff were so wonderful, I felt like they genuinely became friends. Even the housekeeping staff were especially solicitous. I loved our stay there! We look foward to returning!
