Great stay
This was a great choice! The hotel was beautiful and well managed and had an excellent location. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay very much. We want to choose this hotel again.

We were in the superior room with two beds. Everything was clean, high quality and very spacious. Great amenities, well designed with a variety of lighting options in the room. They refilled complimentary water bottles every day and provided guide books as well. Highly recommended!

Great property close to train station
Very nice property with extreemly good security. Room was very large for Japan (although we did book a larger more expensive room so cannot speak to the size or configuration of the regular rooms). Location is 3 minutes from train station and at the end of the main street and very close to the walking street filled with shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable room. Guest self service coin operated laundry room is excellent and TV has a channel that lets you know when the machines are in use or free. There is free coffee in the lobby for guests.

There is no bathroom to use in the lobby so you have to pay to use the one downstairs. The bed is super uncomfortable. The room is super small. It just was not for me.

Really well located and the room was very comfortable. The only downside was the the room, facing the main street, does get a fair bit of road noise until the traffic drops off later in the night.

Walking distance from Kamakura station. Very touristy district nearby, but not too bad. Room not big but very well thought out with quite usable mini-living room. 4 of us even had a little dance party. Good bath. Muji breakfast not all that good but ok. Excellent staff and service - kept our luggage sent back from stops along our trip through Japan. Kamakura sights to see are numerous - some research recommended. Highly recommend temples near Kita-Kamakura station.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious, with a comfortable couch and very clean accommodations. The amenities were impressive, featuring thoughtful touches like an eye mask, foot mask, cleansing and moisturizing sample packs, slippers, and toothbrushes. The pajamas were especially soft and comfortable. The service was excellent; the staff were kind and helpful, even with our limited Japanese. They assisted us with shipping our luggage and contacted our hotel in Kyoto to inform them about the delivery, which was a great help. The location was convenient, close to the station and key sightseeing spots. Each time we entered the hotel, it was quiet, clean, and had a pleasant scent. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
