Property is run down. Hallways are dirty. Side doors weren’t locked at any time. Beds are terrible!! AC makes loud noise all the time. The Applebees in the hotel was good and people there were great. They were very busy and to wait awhile for our To-Go order, but our food was hot and there was a few people waiting on orders.

Liked Applebees attached. Didn’t like how dated the facility was. Carpet buckled all over creating trip hazards. Card key machine not working properly - had to rekey multiple times. TV signal dropped randomly and frequently throughout watching a movie. Faucet water temp was only scalding hot - no cold water. Shower was OK.

Not so bad.
There aren't many choices of a good hotel in this area that don't cost a fortune, so we chose this one. The chair in our room had grease stains from people's heads and the ottoman was ripped. Otherwise, not too bad. Great breakfast buffet. Still expensive....

There was dust everywhere in the room. The jacuzzi was dirty with soap scum and clumps of hair in the jets. Construction was going on in the whole building, so there was noise everywhere and dust from drywall and sanding all over the place. Breakfast there was not many options, but the biscuits were good.

Property has challenges. First our keys didn’t work and we had to trek back to the front desk for new keys. Night manager was nice and walked us back to make sure the new keys worked. However, we discovered our first room had been flooded and had a terrible mold smell. The carpet was soaked. We asked for another room and were given one of the newly renovated rooms. The carpet was damp in this room but we kept it because it was after 11 pm. Renovation looked ok but bath plumbing was not installed correctly and pipe was wobbly and the shower diverter only worked partially. I wiped up a spill and the bathroom floor was filthy. I think the construction dirt hadn’t been properly cleaned. Breakfast was just ok. The basic motel fare. The staff was attentive and kept the tables well bussed and the buffet full. I give the staff five stars, but maintenance and property two to three stars.
