When making the reservation over the phone, the operator (Jose) was extremely rude and unprofessional, accusing us of not having any money on the credit card (untrue), saying they only had one room left (which was not true), increasing the cost to $130, and hanging up on us. He should be fired

My go to spot in Youngstown.
I have stayed at the Comfort Inn several times this past year. Just like every other time, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I'll be back soon.
