The wash clothes looked old dried out and stiff. Yet the bath towels were fresh clean and soft. The ac worked but to took some time to kick in. The stair way had no lights. The linens where fresh and clean

Our room was not clean. Surfaces did not look they had been wiped recently. There appeared to be blood stains on sheets, blankets, curtains and shower curtains. There was not one clean or nonstained towel. Outlets didn't work, drywall was in disrepair. It was the second grossest room I have encountered.

Advertised great breakfast, but the food was a dry cereal and poorly made coffee. The rooms are in poor condition: peeling wallpaper, rusty railings, soft spots on the floors. Rooms smelled musty.

Firstly, the rooms could do with painting, the carpet was dirty and felt wet, along with the couch. Lamps were rusty and dirty. The heating and air conditioning was thick with dust inside. The place is a dump and would not recommend it to anyone.

The minute we drove up, my heart sank. We weren't aware that it was truly a motel, not hotel. We do not like access to rooms via an outside door. We walked into the room and the smell of stale smoke hit us. The room was so outdated and dank. The carpeting in the room was so dirty, the first night we noticed our feet were actually black. We had to wash our feet before we got into bed. That night on, we constantly wore shoes because we got nervous thinking about what was embedded into the rug. The curtains were old and had slight holes worn in them so we got greeted with the sun in the morning and at night the outside lights streamed in Breakfast that was included was bare. Choice of 2 cereals, bread or bagels. And some days apples and yogurt. By 830, those that were coming for breakfast were lucky to get coffee. On the 4th day of staying we stopped at the desk to let them know we would be out all day and would love clean towels and the garbage emptied. We got back at 730pm....nope... nothing. About 8pm a knock on the door saying they could take the garbage and give us new towels, but couldn't get new bedding. If it weren't for the fact that we knew we were only sleeping and showering there each day, I would have fought for a refund and went across the highway to a place we stayed at previously and loved. We did see some slight construction going on, I truly hope it is to revive this place. Also pool was closed down and we didn't find any working ice makers....

Pool was out of order. Rooms were not clean, Poor lighting and unclean grounds. I longer trust the Wyndam name. I had to elect not to stay there after looking at 2 rooms. I had to find other lodging for this trip at 10pm!
