I stay thee each year for the shaker woods fest and have had no issues with the facility or the staff. there isn't a lot of options in the area so its nice to have a affordable nice place to stay

3 out of 5 light bulbs in the room did not work. While probably just burnt out bulbs in most cases, the whole fixture on the wall as you enter the room is hanging loosely! Both of the beds had at least one bug/insect in them when we went to bed. The sanitizer dispensers near the elevators were both empty. This Quality Inn will not be used by us again! Simple maintenance totally ignored.

I stayed in room 226 and the shower did not work. When checking out front desk person told me the person that checked me in should have told me the trick to turn on the shower. The front desk person when I checked in acted like I was an inconvenience.

Older hotel but clean, large rooms. Friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast basic but adequate & kept stocked. Very convenient & perfect overnight stopover. Rooms could use makeover.

Our room had broken glass in the window, spots that needed painting, and the latch on the door was broken. The very commendable part of our visit was the management evicting some guests who were being loud, screaming, and had children running through the halls.

Our room was nice and cool when we arrived. It did not look like ithe bathroom had been cleaned, and it didnt smell good. When we travel with our large dog our choices are limited but we are usually happy with our hotels but this one did not meet our expectations.
