Very happy with our stay.
This is a apartment with a small kitchenette. We were on ground floor with own outside door to small patio overlooking laid out grass area. Great for our 2 little dogs. Nice park next to building for walking dogs. Had a settee and tv. Staff pleasant and friendly. Wifi very good. Unfortunately plates in cupboard had not been washed from previous occupants or l would have given perfect score. Charged 7 euros for dogs.

Spacious and clean accommodation
Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area.

The room was empty of furniture apart from the beds (and one was missing), it felt like walking into a mortuary room. Nobody was there to welcome us, and we only met with the personel from the retirement home with which the building is shared. When requesting for the missing bed, we were told it'd arrive at 8:30PM (good point, it actually arrived earlier), but we also requested additional blankets, which arrived at 10PM (when everybody was already sleeping!) Overall a pretty unpleasant experience, we had booked for 2 nights and only stayed one.

Nice building but two major problems for me
The room is spacious and has an individual balcony. The self-catering facilities for preparing food are adequate and so is the bathroom. The room was hot and I had to leave the window/balcony door open to cool it which meant that flies and debris from the landscaping facility opposite would come in. The room lost its stars because of two problems: 1. Cleaning. I was there a week and the towels replaced and the rubbish was emptied once, on the second day. The floors were not cleaned at all until the second last day when I requested it because I found a largish dead spider in the middle of the floor (where had it been, what killed it?). I had bought a dustpan and brush because I had been self-catering with yummy, crusty French bread, but that was not adequate. The hotel should either clean more often or provide guests with a broom or vacuum. 2. The second problem was the door lock. I could not get the door to open from the outside on the first day and had to get staff from reception to do so. It worked OK until the second last day when I had to ask staff again to let me in. I was in the furthest room on the top floor and it was very inconvenient - even if I was closer to reception it would have been inconvenient. The lock required some sort of hand shimmy which I could never get but obviously the staff were used to it. I ended up not leaving my room until I packed to leave the next day in order to avoid this problem. So please fix the lock Zenao.

Nous avons fait effectivement reçu un mail de l'établissement mais à 1 h 03 du matin, nous étions déjà dans la chambre. Mais lors de notre arrivée, la personne à l'accueil nous a remis une enveloppe avec toutes les informations nécessaires. Le volet roulant de la porte fenêtre était bloqué, nous n'avons pas pu l'ouvrir ni profiter du petit balcon car personne n'était disponible pour le réparer. Nous étions 4 et pour préparer un repas une casserole et une poêle sont insuffisants. Néanmoins à l'accueil on m'a remis une autre poêle. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le parking gratuit.

Un enregistrement difficile avec quelques problèmes de chambre mais le soucis a été réglé dans l’heure et le service client a été réactif avec un petit déjeuner offert, ce qui était appréciable. Bémol pour les chambres non climatisées mais ils mettent à disposition un ventilo qui est bienvenu. J’y retournerai sûrement avec plaisir

bon apart hotel dans l'ensemble
bon établissement, personnel très agréable, chambre confortable et propre avec tout ce qu'il faut, à l'intérieur, une partie des chambres dont la nôtre ont une vu sur chantier. 2 recommandations cependant , fauteuil d'appoint à changer un peu usagé au niveau de l'assise et accoudoirs, et douche a rafraichir joints étanchéités

Déçu de ne pas être informé à l' avance que l'appartement se trouve en fait dans une maison de retraite J' aime bien savoir où je met mon argent Je regrette fortement ce manque d informations Par contre, très bien accueilli à notre arrivé On nous a changé de logement sans problème car dans le premier le volet roulant ne fonctionnait pas Dans le second,très propre,mais la douche fuyait et le jour de notre départ nous sommes tombés sur un cafard Nous n'avons vu personne lors de notre départ pour ces soucis Nous ne reviendrons pas car nous n'avons pas apprécié de ne pas être informé que c'était en fait une maison de retraite Dommage

Déçu de notre séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel : -pas de linge de bain dans la chambre à notre arrivée -le volet roulant de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas -la fenêtre de notre chambre ne se verrouillait pas Les locaux sont pourtant récents, mais le service et l'entretien du mobilier laissent à désirer. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres et qu'il fait vite une chaleur étouffante, même avec les volets fermés.

L'hébergement est intégré dans un établissement pour sénior. L'établissement est isolé de la ville. Un moyen de locomotion est donc nécessaire. Le stationnement est aisé pour charger/décharger le véhicule. Le personnel d'accueil est aimable et efficace. L'appartement était spacieux, propre et correctement aménagé avec une petite cuisine équipée. La machine à café était une machine à dosette papier dans mon appartement (café en poudre et filtre étaient inutiles !). L'environnement est très calme. Le séjour a été satisfaisant et conforme à la présentation de l'établissement

Regardez bien les avis pour ne pas être surpris.
Chambres dans un épahd. Très surprenant car rien ne vous l indique en amont. Très bruyant car certaines personnes âgées poussent des cris le soir dans les couloirs qui ressemblent vraiement à un hôpital. Odeur forte dans cet établissement.
