The room, lobby, dining area, we’re all great!! Our problem is with the 800# customer service. The people answering calls, no matter when you call, they WILL NOT HELP YOU, and theyHANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU MID SENTENCE. It is so FRUSTRATING !!!! I could NEVER imagine treating customers that way. You can’t get a hold of the front desk of the hotel you are trying to book with. You think you are talking to them, until they keep hanging up on you. My niece works for your company, and even she as an employee gets hung up on from the 800# staff. You need to check into this,because I’m telling you, IT IS JUST WRONG!!!
