Lovely stay! Very nice space, and great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner even drove me to the train station himself since I needed to be there earlier than their shuttle normally runs

The hotel itself is amazing and perfect for anyone who is wanting a weekend getaway to a week in the beautiful town of Zermatt. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The restaurant was great as well!!!

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, they also offer a service to pick you up and bring your bags to the hotel. The staff were great and it has a nice bar and restaurant. We chose the breakfast option and were very happy we did, it was very good. We had a nice time the night before enjoying some drinks by the fire.

Amazing Zermatt find!
It was amazing from our pick up from the train station all the way to check in. Our room was ready. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious too 😋‼️🇨🇭

Stayed 2 nights. Decent rooms (old but clean) Great Breakfast, great staff. Easy walk to all activities, cable cars and Gornergrat train. I recommend letting them know when you will arrive on the train from Tasch. They will pick you up at the station, else it is ~15min walk with your luggage.

We had a first floor room that I felt could have been a bit better had we been on a higher floor. Our view was of the back side of the next door hotel! Boo! But the hotel itself was very nice and comfy!

I don't normally review properties but this one so impressed me I'm making an exception. Awesome across the board! Great off the beaten path, but still walking distance to everything. Desk staff was so helpful and kind. Have to give Neeco a shout out, so helpful and pleasant. You won't go wrong staying here.

Really nice property! My husband and I think a safety handle in the tub/shower would be helpful. We could not find a way to turn the heat off or air on. Windows helped! Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Switzerland. We ate dinner two nights in the hotel restaurant and both were delicious.
