Niko and the rest of the staff treated us like family, very warm and friendly. Great location with a beautiful view and balcony. Very convenient to have the shuttle pickup from the train station. Would stay again!

Great hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station. I called the hotel and they send the electrical cart to pick us up and drop us at the station. The breakfast had a great selection of bread, cheese and pastries. American and swiss style breakfast was available. The bartender made us an old fashion upon request. I felt so bad because for a minute i forgotten i was in Switzerland 🇨🇭. The room was very comfortable with a queen and twin size bed. We were 3 people. I enjoyed my stay here. They only thing was there was not a sauna or jacuzzi for my ache muscles

Nico, the front desk clerk was awesome. Also Tiago the shuttle driver was very personal and made me feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I returned Zermatt Sometime in the Future during winter when there’s snow everywhere

I needed to change rooms due to carpet smell and they accommodated us right away. However, there was construction that before 8am. Dogs parking and no ceiling fans. A wall ornament fell onto our bed and almost impalled my husband. Just be aware of the above before you book.

Amazing staff. Amazing mountain view room. Clean. Best breakfast we had in all of Switzerland.Comfy beds and pillows. The courtyard was quiet and pleasant. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Very Spacious and with nice Matterhorn View, walking distance to the centre. Shuttle service to train station. The only downside is the construction site next door starts working at 07:45.

Loved it! Five stars!!!
This hotel is fantastic - you won’t regret book it. Very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the restaurant was excellent. We loved the service and the food was delicious and fairly priced. The location was great as it is central but away from the busiest streets so we could enjoy the quiet. The rooms are super comfortable and well designed, especially the bathroom - the shower was a real treat!

It had everything I wanted. Staff were particularly welcoming and helpful, from organising my transfer from the station, through check in and every interaction. Room is cost not exceptional but like any traveller, I had little intention of spending my days there so was very happy all the same. Breakfast was top quality with an array of options and notably good coffee! Location is ideal, everything within a 10 minute walk in the town itself, including the train station. Would definitely stay here again!

We were greeted with a kind knowledge staff member who was compassionate to the fact we were tired and disoriented in a new country. The room was heaven with a great view of the Matterhorn from our spacious balcony.. The bed was so comfortable. There was plenty of room for our luggage and clothes. Tbe bathroom seemed newly remodeled with a large vanity and nice walk in shower. The breakfast buffet was a treat! There was a variety of local breads and cheeses that we don't see much in America. There was the usual eggs, bacon, fruit, and cereal, all displayed with style. We were happy to find that were were in walking distance to everything, restaurants, shopping and points of interest. Zermatt is a beautiful city and the Jagerhof hotel is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to experience the beauty of the Switzerland!!!
