The staff was friendly. The bar was convenient. The modern style was very nice. Not to be too picky but when spendimg The AC was not working properly, our bedroom floor was not clean and the arrangement of the bed was inconvenie t requiring me to wake my partner when getting up.

What a delight this property was. Room is cozy but so well done, the rooms are modern, the bed is super comfortable , and the technology they use is top notch. I didn’t have my travel adapter and they had one to borrow, they also let me do an early check in which is ofcourse based on availability. Loved my stay here, definitely recommend staying here.

First time in a CitizenM property. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice but we were in the two on the floor that had a strange extra window structure on the exterior. Property walkable from train station and to Old Town area. Breakfast was good. We utilized the late check out option which was super handy.

The hotel was super nice but it really just has the basics. I did know that before going so I was not really surprised. The place is clean, great location and the staff is really accommodating. I will stay there again and recommend BUT you need to understand that you will have the basics in your bedroom. No coffee maker. You also have to be careful when taking a shower and getting out of the bathroom. It’s a little dangerous if you are not careful.
