Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Limited Breakfast Options I stayed at Jet Hotel in Rümlang ( Zurich) recently and was very disappointed with the experience. 1. Staff and Service: The staff were unhelpful and inattentive, which made my stay uncomfortable. I felt that my concerns were not addressed properly, and there was a lack of professionalism in how they handled guests. 2. Breakfast Options: The breakfast was very limited, with almost no options for vegetarians. It felt like they didn’t consider dietary preferences at all, which is quite disappointing for a hotel of this standard. I expected better quality and service based on the hotel’s reputation and price. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve.

I found this property to be clean yet basic. The breakfast was the typical Swiss breakfast which was adequate to get you going in the morning. I liked that we were able to get coffee or hot chocolate 24/7 from the machine in the breakfast area. Cookies in the cookie jar, 24-7, was a nice touch. We had a family room for three us of and it was quite spacious. We found all staff members to be very pleasant and helpful. A shout out goes to “Nicky” at the reception. He went over and above for us and we appreciated that. The hotel is super close to the train station (3min walk), which makes it super convenient. The train is not cheap though, of course that goes for everything in Switzerland. Love the country and people, but you just need to be prepared to spend the $$. At this time the dollar is very weak against the Swiss Franc. It was a very nice stay herez

Hotel is nice and clean, good breakfast. Coffee available 24/7 is definitely a plus. Rooms are basic, no fridge, no iron, no air conditioning. Little noisy because of the proximity to the airport. Location is excellent however, would stay there again.

Very close to Rumlang station. Rooms are clean, comfortable and relatively new looking. For 10 CHF per person, they have airport shuttle service every 30 minutes in the morning hours. Free breakfast which is good. Coffee and water available in dining area all 24 hours for free. We definitely recommend.
