Great large room and friendly staff. Stayed with our dog the outdoor area for dogs were kept up nicely and bags were provided. Enjoyed the hot tub as well!
Great experience overall, again. I still struggle to find a truly comfortable bed when I travel; these are good, but not great for me.
I think the shower could use a bit of direction too; my wife thought there wasn't enough pressure since we had a room with two shower heads. It turns out we just had to adjust an extra handle the other direction to get the water pressure right.
Staff were super friendly and always accommodating. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a microwave in room , had to take kiddos down stairs to heat food and eat. Staying greater than 3 nights I would have liked that amenity. Breakfast was great. Very clean breakfast area, with lots of options to choose from. Did enjoy that they had guest laundry. Would stay again.
Clean comfortable hotel and one of the best places to stay in Aberdeen. Great location close to what you need with a really good restaurant attached/walkable.
This place needs an update of bother the furnishings and the employees. Check in was a disaster. The guy at the counter was very strange and not good at his job. It took forever for him to get the key card to work. Once in the room, I found that the furniture was in very bad shape. The whole facility needs a refresh. The room was clean, which I appreciated. I tried to load photos of the bad furniture, but website will not allow it.
Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Loved the convenience of it being attached to the Dakota
Event Center. Maverick’s Steakhouse was also attached and very good! Target was right across the street as well as dining options. Rooms are big, beds are comfy!
Person checking us in needs to refrain from chatting with customers when others are waiting.
We were in an "accessible" room but I'm not sure to whom the bathtub would be accessible. Towels were in a rack shoulder high and away from the shower; shampoo and soap were attached to wall also shoulder high. Why a tub? If someone was using the tub, they wouldn't be able to reach the shampoo.
We aren't disabled - we were given the room because of a wedding party that must have needed the standard room which we requested online.
