Hi really enjoyed my experience at the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, sat in the sun in the central courtyard,great space .managed to park in the loading bay thinking it was the car park ,duty manager very understanding .recomend the hotel highly central base for a great city Michael Whitehouse

Clean, warm, well maintained, polite friendly staff and reasonable prices with parking in an indoor car park under the hotel (only £13 for 24hrs). Good price for city centre accommodation.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It's just away from the train station, so it's a little hard to walk with my luggage, and I can hear the noise from the nearby pub at night. Breakfast is not bad enough.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms. Exactly what you would expect for a hotel of the chain. I've been to many hotels in town and by far this is the best in the downtown area.
