Great, my partner loved it. She said she would be back. So well done, as she was hardly impressed with the places we've stayed at. Although a couple of we had to mention that the kitchen is well equipped but would have been if you had a cafetiere, the aircon needs some adjusting and a better smart TV. My partner would have appreciated a whole grilled tomato with her fried eggs rather than half, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay; well done to the reception and serving staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable; well, we will be back!

So the building itself is a nice and clean place to stay - the staff on the other hand aren’t exactly great - the room I stayed in a suite wasn’t much bigger than a normal room in any other hotel - very over priced for what it is actually worth - staff ( cleaning staff ) rushing me in the morning even tho check out was not till 12 noon - by asking me at 11:20 am when I would be leaving - there wasn’t even a sign or a door sign that I could use to say do not disturb in my room - even when complaining about this - the general body language of the staff member at reception seemed like he didn’t care - won’t be staying again and certainly wasn’t worth 250 pound a night

The moment you step into the Hotel you’re greeted with a warm welcome. They were able to accommodate an earlier check-in. The room was exactly as expected. Only con was there are no spoons to stir your tea/coffee, problem solved used the measuring spoons I found in a drawer!

Bringing the luggage from the parking spot to the hotel is a chore as there is no lift and one has to go up three flights of stairs…. Can be difficult for elderly…. Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful… breakfast was very nice…. Parking was safe, location was good ( construction going on around the hotel and getting to the parking spot is tricky). Once inside, very nice

A good room, nice shower & quiet. Staff were very attentive & helpful. Good to have a laundry: but the clothes dryer was inefficient, it took ages for the clothes to dry.
