The hotel was modern, which provided amenities like an indoor pool, laundry, complimentary breakfast, easy parking and fitness room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not honest, Embassy Suites Palmdale!
The check in was horrible I requested a manager and 30 minutes later she never showed up. The deposit is terrible we stay her a lot and the deposit has always been $50.00 they changed me $200.00. They told me that I only had to pay $150.00 and still deducted from my account the $200.00. This is ridiculous. They took out $150.00 then half a hour later they deducted the additional $50.00. I will not stay here again.

Best stay ever!
Amazing staff, clean hotel, best suprise to see free happy hour drinks/snacks & breakfast included with 12 noon checkout standard. Indoor pool w/ adult hours 9-11pm and workout room was nice! Only thing to improve was to update hotel to include a much needed filtered water refill machine!

The property did not look like a traditional Embassy Suites Hotel. It was more like the Hilton Garden Inn. The living room area and hotel lobby area were much smaller than that of the traditional Embassy Suites. The hotel's name is deceiving. The hotel was nice but not an Embassy Suites experience.

Good, comfortable stay
Our stay was short but good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which is always important to us. The hotel also had complimentary breakfast, which was good, as well as evening cocktails which we didn’t get a chance to enjoy but will hopefully be able to do next time. We will definitely be staying there again.
