The rooms were very beat up and the wood was chipped all over the place. I asked for a room with a view and when I opened the curtains I got a view of a roof and wall. The ice machine was broken the first day and I had to go to next floor to get some. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms do not have a USB port for charging electronics. This js pretty standard in most upper end rooms. At $200. + a night i expect common conveniences.

Quick Holiday Getaway with the Family
Bad: -Upon arriving to our room we found it dirty as if someone had snuck in or squatted for a night. Informed the front desk and they accommodated me. -I could have sworn the price of parking sign outside didn't match the inside (24/day out 29/day in) but I may be wrong. -Walls seemed very thin as I got to listen to extremely loud conversations from the adjoining room at 2am during a weeknight. Good: -Staff very friendly -Bistro had great breakfast and drinks -Good location and in walking distance to plenty of food or activities -Beds ok -Good pool/hot tub

Most of the staff were really friendly. Unfortunately our air conditioning wasn’t working in our room and we ended up having to talk to a very rude employee who acted like this was not her issue and was less than kind or helpful. We did end up moving and the manager in the morning was super nice and friendly, making a right out of a wrong.
