Worst place I have ever stayed. I am befuddled at the 8.4 rating on which I relied when booking.
Had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the lobby the check me in.
Night 1 - very sketchy crowd, loud, hanging around outside. Night 2 - not as bad
Note: Local residents live at this motel (not hotel).
The room: faucet had some kind of crud all over it. Tub filled with water while showering. Bathroom door did not shut. I forced it but then got stuck inside and had to call for a family member to throw their weight against it to open from the outside. Wiring under desk looked like a do-it-yourself job. I'm no electrician, but it did not look up to code. One of the creamer packets was in plastic, but had already been opened. The other was ancient and hardened. Neither the coffee nor packets were replenished the next day. Cleaning staff did not clean. They pulled the bedspread up (left wrinkled sheets under) so we knew they were there, but coffee trash was left on the vanity, crud remained on the faucet. Towels were replenished but thrown sloppily and some left on back of toilet. Pillows were 3 square, the size of larger throw pillows. Bed was fine the first night (we were exhausted from travel). Second night we both slept poorly and woke up with back pain.
As cheap as this place was, it was still not worth the money. It was a disgrace to the chain, which apparently lacks quality control standards. Will NEVER book another Quality Inn again.
