Enjoyed the experience of the sulphur pools and way all options are laid out. It’s unique to be in this type of accommodation. Expect to hear through walls and floors. Shower power was awesome, and staff friendly and attentive. This property will always need upkeep and maintenance due to age.

Avoid at all (extortionate) cost
Spent two weeks travelling in Canada and stayed at some amazing places, this one wasn’t! Possibly this was a nice-ish hotel once when it opened but it’s tired, dirty, service is poor, and other than being near a beautiful lake, it had no redeeming qualities. Bedroom was tiny, pipes showing everywhere, chipped furnishing and decorations. Leaky drainpipes poured outside out window. By the look of the photos on the website, this may have been a feature waterfall. Left a night early out of 2, never done that before. Atrociously expensive. Possibly the next set for a remake of the shining may be its only hope.

We loved the beds and bedding. We had such great sleeps. There was no introduction to the pools so we had to talk to people about the location and which pool was hot, medium and cool. No bath robes in our room. The resort is old although popular.
