I was really looking forward to the indoor quiet area, but it was extremely disappointing. Instead of being a space to relax, it was full of shouting, diving, and kids jumping into the pool, with no staff stepping in to enforce the rules. When I mentioned this to reception, I was told there was nothing they could do — which is unacceptable.
Check-in was another major letdown. Despite a 4pm check-in time, my room wasn’t ready until almost 7pm, yet check-out was still strictly enforced at 11am. Losing that much time is simply not fair to paying guests. While I appreciated the apology and breakfast voucher, it doesn’t excuse the lack of preparation or accountability.
Management really needs to ensure the quiet area is properly monitored and that rooms are ready on time, or at minimum offer late check-out when delays happen. Without these improvements, it’s hard to justify returning.
