We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the hotel was laid out and the springs and the town. We will come back. However, a couple things that we were not happy about. Restaurant service was unbelievably slow. I mean slow. I can only assume short-staffed seems how we never saw more than two waitresses at a time. So next time we'll probably eat somewhere else. Also, I booked our room on hotels.com. I read through all the information. However, I was not aware of a $29 each resort fee until right before we checked in. All of that type of information should be with hotel booking companies. Initially, I probably would not have stayed there had I known that. There were four of us. So even if I got a lower cost on the room, I still paid. Probably close to $400 for the night.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The services were bad. The rooms are not clean. We had to ask for towels and ropes. The rooms carpet was dirty and we were kept in a basement for a very expensive price. I won't recommend it for anyone.
Absolutely terrible if you dont consider the company. I had to argue to get a trolly to get my stuff in the room and back down because they made it clear that the bell hops dont make enough money
The music literally pounded till 10 pm both nights and they didnt notify me about the event they were hosting. They took zero responsibility for customer service. They said they would comp me for breakfast and charged me! Not a family place. Grungy and stressful.

4th trip and it looks and feels exactly the same but now feeling dated. Definitely had low expectations when one the annoyed staff coming to work yelling at us for walking on the street (when sidewalk was on other side and she blocked us). Service went up from there from the front desk to the house keeping. The robes are new but didnt have kids size which was understandable. The room can do with a refresher. The bed had a heavy wet dog smell like someone had a pet sleep in the bed. Pot and smoking on deck permeated the floor and impacted the ambiance which basically lowered the rating I would have given.
I don’t usually write reviews but hoping I can save some the experience. Ridiculously overpriced, absolutely terrible hotel.
Starting from when we stood in line for an hour to check in, through out of date building where the same dirty dishes sat on top of a garbage can next to the housekeeping closet for two days. Staff all seemed miserable. The room was also dated and smelled musty.
The “hot springs” are just chlorinated, over crowded pools. The hotel also chose to blast “party” music the entire weekend from 4:30-10pm.
The only nice thing about this place is the scenery, and this “resort” has commercialized it to f. Go for the day to check out the town or stay somewhere else - this place is not worth it.
Beautiful Location for family outing. Staff at hotel were very accommodating and helpful. Only downside was the activities in the afternoon and evening had a March break frenzy about it, which is curious as the accommodations would not be affordable to that generation.
Here is quiet. Easy to find a parking spot because the property has a hugh parking lot. There are a lot of restaurants close by. Everything is walkable. I like the hot tub a lot.
Everyone and everything is great! Scrap the online check-in tho it frustrating and starts the stay off with a bad impression.

The resort is located at the head of Harrison Lake and if ur on that side, you would have a great view of the valley and the beach when u wake up. I stayed one night cuz I had to be in Chilliwack the next day but I was lucky to get a room same day. Price was fair. Service was alright. Hotel is dated. None of the lights or outlets worked in my room except for the bathroom and nightstand... Difficult to navigate the property if it's your first time. Not much signage but I wondered around and figured it out. Outside pools were warm. Lots of families so even the adult pool was loud as their pretty close together. Steam room was a plus. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food but had a variety of options and other restaurants nearby. I've been to many hotsprings in BC and overall I'd say it was slightly above average with the variety of pool, food, and leisure activity options. Checked off the bucket list.
Poor sound proofing, piss poor service and non-existent customer service.
The tenant near my room was blasting music loudly 3am at night, called front desk to resolve, unable to actually do anything until a hour wait.
Next day, I was trying to get room service and have them clean my bedroom because my children are feeling itchy due to excessive dust and allergen. They told me that it wasn't included because I only paid 2 days for the room.
Absolutely not recommending anyone to go to Harrison Hot Resort. If it's not that they monopolized the hot spring. I wouldn't even live in this hotel.
Loved the pools and the garden. This is a super laid back property. A staff shortage was noted, most pronounced with a towel shortage.
We will return as we found this an incredibly relaxing destination.
Thank you, Harrison Hot Springs Resort! We will see you again soon!
