I have been to this property many times over the years. It is not a destination property any more. Service at the restaurants and lobby is only average. Person in front of me in line had been waiting over 2 hours for her previously reserved room. The hotel made no consolations for her tired and hungry family for the lack of preparedness.
So the natural hotsprings were filled with rocks blocking the hot water being flowed in from the hotels doing. So that was unpleasant. The rooms are an older style and it looked like they were cleaned in a rush. The valet gave me a dirty look. Overal it was a 4/10 experience.

Average all around, smelly and old rooms, seemed like they didn’t care about upkeep. Pools weren’t that great either

Older Hotel needing some upgrades. Pools were very relaxing and enjoyable. Beds were good.
Encounted couple of guests passed racist remarks during breakfast and one of the staff from the breakfast department made a rude statement such as nothing is freeby. I was given a King size bed room with barely space in a room to maneuver. The washroom is no near what we expected. Very disappointing
Terrible service. Rooms are not kept up to normal hotel standards! No coffee pot in room. No desk, no lounge chair. The only good thing was the hot spring pools.
Amenities - very expensive.
Harrison has a lot of potential for future business.
Management should take a tour of other hotels to learn how to run a prosperous hotel. The staff was friendly & good.

The hotel must have a total renovation. The pools were great, though.
We had an incredible time. The only room for improvement was having to ask for robes and towels. Kids really enjoyed the nearby water park

Great location but the property is tired and in need of maintenance. The carpets were dirty, our room carpet had several large stains. Hallways and elevators had dings in the walls. On checkin, our room was missing some of the basics like hand soap and shower dispensers were missing. Staff were quick to correct when asked, but there was a lack of attention to detail.
The property has great facilities! Just wish they were accessible more often. The hours were limited to when we would access them. We had lots of problems with our key cards. Sometimes they’d work and the next time they’d deactivate. That was a real problem! The staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate requests which were much appreciated. The restaurants were closed when we wanted to eat. The movies cost $30 and were a one time watch so that was disappointing and not a great option to offer. We did love the accessibility to the Harrison lake and the strip along the lake which was walking distance. The elevator was broken and having one for the whole tower was also a nuisance.
We had a great time regardless! ☺️

Choppy internet in rooms, but the staff were amazing
Pool facilities are very nice. Hotel decor is a bit dated, but authentic. It could be nicer, and cleaner in the hotel but you don't spend much time in the rooms with all the activities in the area.
Self parking lot control is very poorly done. Too many people stayed parked there after check out and so when new guests arrive there are no parking available. Other than this everything else is great.
Check in was very slow (1/2 hour), then I get to the room and I felt like I was at grandmas place. The room was small and had a smell. I switched rooms after being shown another room, then I go up to put my stuff in the room and the keys dont work. I go back downstairs and have to wait 1/2 hour to get new keys
