This is our second time at the property. It’s a bit dated but comfortable. The hot springs are great. We did have to call for robes as our room didn’t have any. There should also be a mat for the tub as the bottom is curved and it’s easy to slip. The restaurant food and area were great. We will definitely stay again.

The toilet didn’t flush and stopper in the bathroom sink did not work. The staff were courteous, and the food in the Copper room was excellent. They had complimentary tea and cookies in the afternoon.

The cool pool was gross and murky, smelled of pee. We paid over 300$ to stay at this hotel because of the pool, and we ended up swimming in the lake the entire stay.

I emailed this resort several months ago letting them know that one of the reasons we wanted to stay with them was to go dancing to the Jones boys. They told me they played every night during the week starting on Tuesday so we planned our trip accordingly. Then a few days before we got there, we found out that they had fired the Jones boys which is absolutely ludicrous because they were fabulous and so popular and the new band would not be playing on the night that we would be staying there. So we had to change our itinerary in order to be able to have a night of dancing and the new band was not very good at all. So we found the whole experience and lack of communication really disappointing.

We recently booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, ages 16 and 13),reception is friendly and welcoming,but there were only 2 small bottles of water provided in room, For coffee, there was no milk or cream available, only powdered . When we called reception, we were told they did not have any. At night, during adult pool time (10–11 PM), our room key card did not work and we were unable to open the door. We had to wait 15 minutes before figuring out the door behind have to use .
