Service is lousy. It may have been short of staff but receptionist should not short to guests. Is there not enough. beach towels and robes to go around? Kids’ pool was dirty.
Swimming pool and spa was fantastic. Stayed in this resort multiple times. Absolutely amazing city. Black Forest restaurant recommended for tasty dinner. Unbelievable time for relaxation...

Lovely resort though a little tired.
The room smelled very old and could use an upgrade but spacious and good value considering the the springs pools.
The steam bath had rusted out light fixtures I did not take photos but I should of the bath tub has black in the tiles not cleaned well

The hotel was ancient and could use upgrades on beds, tv and plug ins. Hotel was clean but smelled musty. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the neighbours having a conversation from 10pm til 1am. I thought they were arguing at first but it was just the walls being so thin.
Of course the location was awesome. Beautiful sights to see but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very Disappointed. They put us on the floor the pets were on so the rugs in our room were dirty. The bathtub had stains in the bottom and the bed was extremely hard so did not sleep well at all. They gave us a balconey but it was right over the pools in the back so really not useable for us.
Way too pricey for the rundown facilities. Lots of rules but noone seems to enforce them. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway this will not be it....very loud, lots of drinking and yelling. If that's your thing you'll likely have a great time
We were given a room on the first floor about as far from the lobby as possible. It was also as far as possible from their parking lot (paid parking) requiring several long walks to bring luggage in and out. All the luggage trolleys were locked up in a chain with no one in attendance at the front door.
The room was so damp and humid that we had to run the heater to take some of the chill out. Felt more like a dungeon. Signage to the room was terrible, we got lost in the basement area where a staff member rescued us and escorted us to our room.
A large dog in a nearby room barked incessantly for a few hours while the owners were out of the room.
Finally there were no robes or pool towels provided in the room although the literature led us to believe they were to be provided. We were told to find a staff member and ask for these. Sure, put the onus on the guests!
Just a terrible stay in what was otherwise a beautiful 14-day trip through BC. I do not recommend this hotel.

The pools were very nice and in good condition.
The hotel buildings are not being looked after. They are very run down. The carpets in the hallways and our room are filthy. Have never seen that level of dirt in other hotels. This really takes away the charm of this old facility.
Very few staff to deal with needs of the guests. The luggage carts are locked together and only available for Bell service, however there was only one person at the Bell desk who couldn’t begin to provide service to more than one person at a time.
Very beautiful place although it’s showing its age. The pools are amazing and the surrounding property is breathtaking. Nice pub close by and good food on site too! It’s worth the stay - price is great for what you get in terms of the room, facilities, and great staff too!

Good pools, slow switch to generator for planned power outage, one of our rooms was not ready on arrival after 4:00 p.m.
The Staff are very friendly. It just isn’t up to the standards I remember. Getting pretty run down now. The carpets need replacing. Room doors need replacing. Pool tiles need fixing. The soaker pool still in pretty good shape though. I used to frequently Harrison Resort often. I was disappointed this trip frankly.
