I love coming here for a spirit reboot & can forgive the age of the building however some basic care needs to be given to washing the windows at ends of hallways & replacing carpet in the hallways & rooms of west tower & west wing.

It was the only hotel with access to the hot springs. The Copper Room was a good dinner place. They had music and the servers were nice and thoughtful.

The front desk staff were pleasant. We have been waiting years for a trip to Harrison HS and we were so incredibly disappointed. We were upgraded twice (thank you) but still very unimpressed with the quality of the hotel rooms. The most disappointing was the hot springs. Beside being stuffed with people every time we tried to go and being like a frat party out there with loud music, kids in the adult area etc… we were SO disappointed with the hot springs because of the temperature of the pools. I have never been to a hot springs, even a resort hot springs, that didn’t have hot water!! We were told that the water in the hottest pool was 44 C but there is no way! Buffet breakfast was ok. We were not happy that it was closing early that day and we were not told so when we arrived they were not putting out fresh food.We very much appreciate Jackie helping us to make our stay better than in would have been. Rooms were dirty and dingy. I would not recommend Harrison Hot Springs

The room was fine except the remote was not wokring well. Howver, the fact that I did advance check in, I still had to wait in line for 25 minutes to get my room. We do love the property but check in should be quick for those that did the pre check in option.

Disappointed there were no robes in the room. We also found it quite noisy. It sounded like people were having a party late at night. Our dinner experience at The Copper Room also was not satisfactory. It took over 2 hours from start to finish. I also received an incorrect drink. We spent a lot of time waiting for staff to clear our tables and we're not communicated to that things would take long. Quite disappointing for such a high level restaurant, as our expectations were high.

Our visit to this resort has been the worst stay we had in our entire lives! We stayed in the so called "heritage" building, which is a polite world for "old and stinky beyond imagination ". Here are some of the highlights of our stay: - There was no one at the entrance to guide the guests. - Had to wait more than half an hour in line to check-in. And the funny thing is that we had already gone through their online check-in. So basically it doesn't matter if you do the online check-in. Just a waste of time - At the check-in, they told me that I have booked 3 rooms, while I had booked 2 rooms through Expedia. I had to prove that by showing them my Expedia proof of reservation. It took them a while to figure out what's going on while I was standing there having to deal with my toddler's nagging and frustration. - They had a license plate on file which was not mine. God knows who's license plate was that!!!! - Once we got to our old stinky rooms, we wanted to go to the hot springs, but we figured out there wasn't any bathrobes in our rooms. I called the front desk multiple times but I guess they didn't bother to answer. I had to go and walk around the hotel to find one of the staff to ask for bathrobes. It took them 20 minutes to bring those to us. - Finally, in the billing, I noticed that I have been charged for watching two movies, one watched only 5 minutes and the other one for 20 minutes. And I was speechless to find out that for each one I was charged $28!!!!! for each mo

Overall the facility was dirty, hallway carpets look like they've never been cleaned or vacuumed. Carpets in room only a little better. Overall dingy. Not impressed at all, unfortunately because of them I probably won't go to Harrison again. Only reason we went there was because of the hot spring that they happen to be the only one with it in their hotel. Definitely could use a remodeling in that place, spend a little bit of the money that they overcharged us for it. Also the $58 Resort fee was a little extreme I believe.
