Really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pools. Lakeside buffet restaurant had very good food and large portions and the cooper restaurant was great for dancing .

The hotel is dated but clean. Almost everything worked (coffee machine broken and I told them and they didn’t offer a new one). Windows open!! AC works great!! Hot springs are crowded but beautiful and the surrounding area is spectacular

We were told on check in that our room on a upper floor wasn't ready, even though it was 4 pm and the person at check in was unable to tell me when the room would be ready. So we accepted a room on the ground floor, but it was very noisy all evening with music from the Copper Room as well as people coming and going from the restaurant.

Overall it wasn't too bad. I had been to this resort multiple times and the last stay was the worse. The room door doesn't require a key to open even if it is locked from inside. I'd only found it after coming back from using the pools, meaning anyone could have gone in during that time. The internet was unstable, kept going up and down every 10 seconds or so.
