We have stayed here many times over the years- mainly because it is an easy/close getaway from Vancouver. The prices have gone up significantly and a lot less things are included. Our kids used to love playing soccer and bingo in the gym and it is no longer available for use. They also used to show kids movies in the theatre throughout the day and that is not operating either. They finally brought back the 4 pm tea time. It's nice they moved it to the Lakeside Cafe, however it is understaffed (just 1 person operating!) so the line is much too long for the short period of time within which it is offered. The fireplace in the lobby was not operating. The spa is completely overpriced for the calibre of service and there are not enough RMT options. I guess it is hard to retain people. In general, the staff at HHS are warm and friendly and the rooms are clean. It would be great if there were more suite options/adjoining rooms with different sleeping arrangements besides just 2 queen beds. Especially for families with older children. The food onsite is not great. We prefer to eat outside of the hotel at the Muddy Waters Cafe (breakfast or lunch) and the Black Forest German restaurant for a nicer dinner (versus the Copper Room) or takeout pizza from behind the hotel. The area around the hotel is very pretty when the weather is nice enough to walk around. The pools are great for some... but beware of the intense chlorine/bromine treatment if you have sensitive skin!

The electric car charger, was shockingly expensive!! It cost 52- to charge our car for three hours. Harrison Hot Springs, should be embarrassed charging this sort of fee!

The building/ room is too old to be called resort. A bit older house smell. Coffee machine is dirty. Unlucky both bottle water are free.
