Loved the pools and the garden. This is a super laid back property. A staff shortage was noted, most pronounced with a towel shortage. We will return as we found this an incredibly relaxing destination. Thank you, Harrison Hot Springs Resort! We will see you again soon!

Great property lovely little town. Would definitely come back. Hotel is old but lovely love the old feel of it. Staff was great most of the food in Harrison. Hot Springs was delicious.

standing in a line for 40 minutes to check-in was too long, there was only 2 people working the front desk. While we were waiting other guest that needed questions answered kept butting into the line. Our room had no robes, we asked twice for them so we could go to the pool, finally got tired of waiting and left without them. We did enjoy the pools very much and the rest of our stay was enjoyable.

We have stayed there in the past. We noticed on this trip that the bathroom wall/floor tiles need replacing because of the mold starting to form. The garbage cans by the elevators weren’t emptied in 3 days and overflowing. Only one elevator was working on the East tower causing major delays getting up and down to the 5th floor rooms as the elevator was always full of guests. The landscaping around the property was dried out and in need of some serious watering.

Came in late wednesday. The room was quite dated, had a old musty smell. No robes were provided had to go the frint desk to request them.really enjoyed the access to the mineral pools. Hotel could do with some updating. Grest surprise wss there was a coffee shop serving stsrbuck's in the hotel.

I found some of the staff to be not very friendly or helpful. The change room was way too small for the amount of people using it. Also, the wait staff in the restaurant were running around and people had to go up to them asking for drinks, etc. Lastly, there seemed to be a shortage of towels on the property and we met a lot of people that were frustrated. The consensus was that the hotel needed to buy more towels! We were told to hang up our towels. We ran out of toilet paper in our room and there wasn’t another one. We had to call to get more. Overall it was a relaxing experience.

The hotel did not have enough staff. the line up to check in was long and the room was not stocked with bathrobes when we got in. the next day the pool side was not cleaned and there were dirty cups and pitchers from the night before. we stayed in the old section which was really dated for the amount it costs to be there
