We had booked in the older part of the hotel and unfortunately it needs some major updating and was not overly clean. I did address this with the front desk and we were moved to a better room that was newer. They were very accommodating and made the rest of our stay very enjoyable. Otherwise we had a great time. Loved being able to jump in the lake and then go in the Hotsprings. This was my first time at Harrison and we will be back. Loved the temperature for early September and all the close restaurants and lots of options. Happy hour at the resort was great, good food and drinks for a very reasonable price.

Sarah at the front desk is amazing! What a true gem this woman is! She is kind, funny and thoughtful! She made our trip wonderful by making us feel special as soon as we got there for check in. The spas were exceptional, extremely relaxing and very clean. All staff were nice and it was an all around great holiday, we will be back next year! Another shout out to Sarah, you are a treasure!

This was my first stay at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa. My room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The hot springs lived up to their great reputation. Put all that together with a couple of good friends and there is a holiday to remember.

Rundown and LOUD!

The resort, and I use that term loosely, is in need of some desperate updates to bring it into this century. We could have overlooked this if management were able to control the drunk partiers that took over the indoor pool at 11pm. Harrison Hot Springs resort were aware of people doing canon balls into the "quiet relaxation pool", screaming profanities, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, vaping, and making the environment unsafe, yet refused to enforce their own rules. Unable to take anymore, we returned to our room only to find the neighbors blasting an EDM song on repeat until 3:30am. After calling the front desk to complain, the music stopped at 2am, but only for 10 minutes before it began again. Perhaps the worst part was when I spoke to the manager the following day, he walked away to help some other guests in the lobby... who happened to be some of the hooligans from the night before! This was meant to be a relaxing getaway with my wife, but it was absolutely terrible. Stay away!
