It’s just not what it used to be. Facilities are dated, water is just kind of warm. People have their stereo on at the adult section of the pools. Staff just walks by until someone mentioned it to the staff and asked them to stop. Which they turned it back on after the staff left. The crowd is just not the same. Not very respectful. If you’re looking to relax, this isn’t the place to go. The options are also not that great. They have a buffet inside the hotel which is a 3/10. I’m not even a picky eater.

Cleanliness was horrible , room was dusty, carpet all over in the resort if you suffer from allergies don’t risk it, pool around the area was not even touched for cleanup only towels were removed, not sure how often they clean the walls of the steam/ changing room as it was accumulating mold on the grouting. Staff was not very welcoming except for housekeeper and dinning room host. Had one staff yelling over and over at a couple to get their attention instead of having the decency to walk over to the side they were just to advise of pool closures but the pool they were in still had 2 hours till closing. Over all customer service is poor and cleanliness too.

We had dinner at the copper room and the service was mediocre but the food they were unable to cook a steak to medium twice the third time it was a brand new steak that was cooked. Yes, they comped the meal, but that defeats the purpose of going to the resort for a getaway and having a nice meal.
