The hot pools are fantastic, they could use more staff to keep the Quiet Zone pools free of kids etc.. maybe have someone there to offer water or provide it poolside. Main downside - the room we had was very tired, we stayed in the 1926 building. - an ugly extension cord on the floor snaking over to the side table lamp - the interior walls are very bland, switch plates are very old and dated - bathroom was cold, no ceiling fan, and tub floor sinks down under your weight. Made it feel like a cheap hotel room, and at that price, did not come close to 'luxury hotel' feel.

The hotel room we stayed in was really outdated and uncomfortable. The shower made loud noise every time it was turned on, there was no view, and the bed was extremely small. Even though staff claimed it was “queen size” for the year the hotel was built, that doesn’t match modern standards anymore. The next morning we also found signs of bed bugs on our bed — thankfully not active, but still present. This was very upsetting to discover after sleeping in that space. What made it even worse was knowing our friends’ room had a confirmed bed bug issue with bugs that were active at the time, and we were never informed by the hotel staff, even though we had been sitting on that bed earlier. The worst part overall was the condition of the bedsheets — they were dirty, stained, and clearly not properly cleaned. The lack of communication and care around a guest safety concern made us feel ignored and unprotected. No staff reached out to give us a heads-up or check on us, which shows a serious lack of care for guest wellbeing. We hope the hotel improves hiring and training so people are treated with honesty, proper safety protocols, and better customer service.

Traditionally we visited this hotel every year but unfortunately this year I can't say that these are mineral pools and their name is now chlorine pool. If we attached a photo of our bathing suits, everything would be clear. Not only that, the body itches so much that it looks like a disease. Our friends are forced to leave the hotel early because their whole body is covered in spots and itches. It’s not only us it’s many people complaining about chlorine. It’s over and not safe!

Highly recommend this super relaxing resort for everyone. My only issue was my room needed to be renovated 20 years ago and had bleach stains in the carpet. The resort itself was fantastic though.

Beautifully decorated for the holiday season. We were promptly greeted and our room was ready early. Lovely room with water, tea, coffee and a mini fridge. Nice mountain view. The hot springs pool was wonderful, especially the adult only one outside. A nice buffet breakfast was available for purchase, which was excellent. Overall, or first start was great and we will definitely be back.
