The place was very quiet and serene. It’s a 10 minute walk to their center/Plaza. There is a coffee shop close by which can be convenient during summertime. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely stay again. The outdoor space was really nice to use and they have an office/small store that promote local sellers. I did some research and found out that the building used to be a school and thought that was pretty cool.

My husband and I stay here on our way to Puerto Penasco, Mexico. The self check in is always easy, the place is dog friendly and the room is extremely comfortable. We love this place!

Loved Ajo
Excellent choice for Ajo! Help support a non profit group and the local community facing economic headwinds by supporting the SDICC. Nice spacious rooms, quiet, with access to sitting area outside and an interesting story of the conversion of an old school to a motel. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area. We visited Organ PipeCactus NM which is about 20- 30 min easy drive south.

Was difficult to find the reception when we arrived after dark pulling cases. Room was lovely. Could do with offering breakfast even if it costs extra as no where around.
