Found mouse droppings on desk in room- was told that wasn't what it was, that ask rings are cleaned daily. Manager did come remove & sanitize desk-also asked if we preferred a different room but declined that Kids hockey team there during stay- kids were running through halls all hours of night, lobby was full of kids upon return of outing-breakfast area extremely loud & messy at 8am due to number of kids there at that time

We stayed as a family of 4 at the hotel. The room was nice and quite spacious for us. The hotel services are quite basic. The breakfast is very basic and served in disposable dishes. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but it is very dark.

We were welcomed by a lovely, efficient woman at the desk who made check in quick and informative. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Don't be dismayed that the hotel abuts a busy mini shopping center parking lot. We heard no noise from street or parking lot. I would definitely stay here again.
