I can't recall the female manager name but she was really helpful in resolving a issue we had, she went out her way to accommodate us. I noticed that none of the guests were eating those process eggs. If you are going to serve eggs, let them be real hen laid eggs. Those eggs are horrible.

The only negative was the breakfast. The last time we stayed the breakfast was good, this time I walked away unsatisfied. The oatmeal was runny among other things. But the people and the rooms were wonderful
