My room was not cleaned, no housekeeping, no towels, coffee, etc. Front manager on last day was rude. When I asked about a small discount due to lack of housekeeping services, manager said, "well, did you come down for fresh towels and coffee?" rather than apologize. They could use some help with customer service.

Last minute booking. They hosted a wedding after party at the hotels dining area. I was accommodated in the first room-first floor next to the elevator and the dining area…. Why would you accommodate guests in that room if a wedding after party would be taking place there at 10PM?! Anyways. My husband went to front desk to ask if the people can keep it down as we were trying to sleep and Kia told him it’s a wedding after party not much they can do. That we can be switch to another room with two double beds but yet we were a family of 5 and I had my disabled dad on a sleeping machine. No way i would wake him up to move all our stuff at that time. Husband encountered people drunk who can barely stand on their own and multiple coolers full of alcohol. Very very loud and super noisy. Called the front desk and phone was answer by a nice young man. I asked and how long this after party was going to last, that we were offered to switch rooms but I had my disable dad on a sleeping machine and i could not just wake him up to move rooms and the room offered was a double bed and we are a family of 5 and he expressed how sorry he was for that and that he would take care of it and literally in about 20 minutes everything was taken car of and were able to finally sleep…. Thank you young man who i didn't get your name. Anyways apart from that mess. Very clean and that breakfast?! Amazing!
