The front desk staff was pleasant during check in…. Unfortunately we got booked into the most disgusting room. Mold, soiled sheets, stained walls, algae around the air conditioning, the list is endless. I complained out of health concerns to Expedia immediately. Unfortunately it took over 45 minutes, several calls and an absolute headache, to get the additional TWO nights we weren’t staying (we checked in for Fri/sat/Sun and stayed only Friday) refunded as a platinum Expedia member. To say this hotel and Expedia both were terrible is an understatement. The manager did offer to bring new sheets or move our room. After an hour of trying to work with Expedia we slept on top of the bed for a few hours, refused to change rooms as the whole property was deplorable (we knew another room would likely also be run down and filthy) We would never wish this experience on other travelers. Please, do not stay here, I’d also advise to have a back up plan because Expedia will leave you high and dry with “sleep in your car” attitude, they offered no rebooking assistance but a $50 credit (I wasted $50 of onekey credit on the booking).
