Property is wonderful, off the main road and very quiet, treed setting. Signage could be better, the hotel is in behind another Hilton property and not visible from the raid, maybe some directional signage in advance of the driveway would help?

Amazing place to stay.
This property was perfect for us. What a great location . Located about 5 minutes from the Colonie Center and yet this property is right in the middle of nature. Surrounded by trees and walking trails It’s even pet friendly Great free breakfast as well as very friendly staff.

Beds were comfortable. Looked brand new and well appointed. Room was a bit tight for 4 people. It could have been 2’ wider and then I would give it 5 stars. We kept banging into each other. For a solo traveler it’s perfect. I would stay again when visiting family.

This place has a weird vibe. It’s brand new, but somehow they made it feel like a “modern” hotel from the 80s. The color choices are absolutely wild, and the rooms, while spacious, were not particularly functional. The soap dispensers were not intuitive and resulted in a gallon of soap in your hand per use, towels were hidden away, low shower pan and short/crappy curtains ensured water got absolutely everywhere despite our best attempts. Light switches were confusing, non-functional USB ports absolutely everywhere. The foosball table and hot breakfast were a nice addition, and the shuttle was prompt to/from airport.

The staff seemed distracted and didn't greet guests as they were talking amongst themselves. Additionally, I had called a week earlier prior to my booking and was told EV charging was free, but upon arrival, I learned this wasn’t the case. The receptionist made me feel as though I was making it up, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, these issues have made me reconsider staying at this hotel for my next trip to Albany.
