The room was okay. The bedroom TV did not work, Direct TV did not work the next morning and the "hot" breakfast did not exist as they had no working oven. Small breakfast area. Had to eat our cold muffin in our room.

The room was very nice but the shower very slippery and the sink would back up and we had to clean it and remove a lid in the sink to get it working again.

We had to change rooms 3 times. First time the toilet was leaking all over the floor and down to the level below us. Then the room they moved us to was dirty with a dirty unflushed toilet and slept in bed. Finally our last room was good. We had driven in from el paso with our 2 little kids so we were exhausted from unpacking and packing back up between rooms. But don't desk Phillip was amazing and so very sweet, he did his absolute best.

Disappointed and bummed in Albuquerque
Stayed 1 night only thankfully. Booked and used points which paid for a third of price. From photos online and regular price of room thought it had to be nice and updated. Clean is just a given to expect anywhere. Got in late. Lobby was so hot and stuffy. Rm was on third floor. Old hotel. Tub as very slow drain immediately filling during shower. A/C old and loud. Pulled back sheets to find stains! Pillows and mattress hard and lumpy. Didn’t sleep well at all and we were on a driving road trip. Very disappointed and feel I wasted my points. At check out front desk offered us 2 waters and snacks for the trouble. Would have LOVED a credit or points back!! Not having good luck with Albuquerque anytime we pass through.

Tracy Waller at the night front desk was awesome and very helpful. The air conditioning fan in our room was super loud. We had to turn up the TV super loud to hear it when the air-conditioning was on. The telephone in the room didn’t work. There was no hot tub available. The building needed some upgrades for maintenance. For example, where the carpet met the tile, the carpet was worn. Overall, the motel appears in need of some maintenance and upkeep.

Check in was easy! Our plan was delayed a day and they worked with hotels.com to get that day refunded. Called us by name the whole stay. Helpful with directions and advice on what to do in the area.

This was perfect for the balloon festival, very convenient. The staff even made us a bag breakfast as early as 3:30 am to take on the road to get in line for the festival. It is an older hotel. The hot tub was broken :( We would stay again for the event for sure. Cracker Barrel across the street, same with a Denny's.
