I would’ve given a 5 star review. However, during our 3 night stay housekeeping never came to our room to clean it. We had a 3 day pile of dirty towels as well as garbage.I did speak with one of the housekeepers and I was apologetic for the towels that were dirty in the bathroom. The woman was very pleasant and said, oh that’s okay. One can imagine how I felt upon our return to see that our room wasn’t cleaned. The amenities that all of us enjoyed were the use of the indoor pool as well as the hot tub. The grounds of the hotel were extremely clean and well maintained. Outside of the issue with housekeeping the rest of the hotel was very clean. The front end staff were very accommodating throughout our stay.

Plenty of parking within walking distance of all the breweries, shopping and entertainment. The only thing was the room smelled like cigarretes had to buy some fabreeze. But other then that it was a very great location..we had the pool and the spa to ourselves most of the time. Not busy or crowded.

Door locks don't work
Our room key round not work and it was clear that the other guests were having the same issue. We had to be escorted to our room by staff any time we wanted in because only their keys seemed to work. It's a serious security issue that the staff absolutely knows about. The woman told us this was a long standing issue.
