The hotel seems like a decent 3-star hotel from the outside and lobby, but the rooms (we had two on the first floor) were uncomfortable. The beds and furniture were fine but there was a major issue with the humidity that the air conditioner did not take care of. The floors were constantly dank and dirty. We had one room with carpeting and one with hard floors. Your feet would stick to them and come up visibly dirty after walking just a few steps. It's the humidity but it also seemed like they used some kind of cleaning solution that leaves a tacky residue, and they don't mop regularly enough. I don't have this problem in my basement which is also pretty humid.
On top of that, the sink and tubs, while they had good pressure, were both slow to drain, and the towels were old and worn. The TV had like three channels that worked. The vending machines were sold out of water.
The location is central with an Irving gas station and Circle K conveniently across the street, but kind of busy.
It's possible that rooms on upper floors were better, but most of the hotel is only two stories, so you can do the math on the odds of where your room would be.
