The white walls were dirty and marked with suitcase marks etc....the hem of the white sheers were filty. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I would have given this property 5 stars if it was not sure our shuttle experience. We were told the shuttles come on the hour. My husband and I had a plane arrival at 5:20PM. We were told the shuttle would pick us up at 6:30PM. We waited in the airport about an hour. There were no signs of shuttle. When I called the hotel to express my concern I was yelled at and told to “look outside. If it is not there you missed it.” After persisting, I asked if the hotel could please confirm whether the driver was on the way or not. The hotel made me stay on hold and stated, “He is not picking up. You PROBABLY missed him.” I ended the phone conversation as I was on hold, paying international phone call price without resolution. I called back and hotel said, “get a taxi, the shuttle was in an accident.” My husband and Inwasted over an hour of our last night in Greece dealing with the shuttle/hotel. If we had known the shuttle was not coming this would not have happened. When we got to the hotel, the story changed. It was stated that the car “broke down” but another one would be available tomorrow. Shuttle back to the airport the following day was seamless. I just wish the hotel was more honest initially with shuttle to the hotel. Positive note- hotel paid for our taxi The hotel itself is in a great location, comes with complimentary breakfast. Perfect for quick stay.

If you need a hotel for the night at the Rafina Port then this will work but do not have high expectations. Know why you are getting. We were able to walk to the hotel with no difficulty with our suitcases. The hotel is clean and check in was easy. We asked for a dinner recommendation which almost every hotel will give you when traveling and they told us their own. After eating the included the breakfast buffet ( nice feature) there’s no way their restaurant is the best. The best feature is the airport shuttle. Unfortunately the driver drive like a maniac and I’m avoiding expletives here. There is absolutely no need for that! The room was extremely small with a single sheet per twin bed. The key to our room didn’t work after check in and when we went to replace it they told us nothing was wrong. We tried again and still didn’t work. They finally gave us a key. If you want a room for 12-14 hours then theirs works but know there isn’t even room to open two large suitcases on the floor. Please tell your airport shuttle driver to slow down, we all want to get home safely.

Bath towels were stained and very small. Lobby and restaurant were very warm because doors are open with no air conditioning. Staff was very unfriendly. Loved the shuttle to and from the airport service.

Okay for one night
Hotel was fine for a one night stay. Area surrounding property was beautiful. Receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Restaurant staff were very kind. The dinner was good. The breakfast buffet was okay. However, the buffet didn’t have a selection of fresh fruit. Our room didn’t have a real shower in it so water got everywhere.

For us it was a comfortable stay for a night before flying out, It's close to the airport, like 35 minutes driving, easy parking, spacious room, very clean, breakfast was good with a variety of food. Customer service was good enough It is a great perk that they have a shuttle to the airport

We stayed at this property when we had to spend extra night in Athens. The main reason was due to the fact they provide 24 hour shuttle service to airport. It was awesome. Did not eat there but had dessert and it was fabulous. There was a little beach down aways that was fun to walk on. We also walked over to some places to eat and the food was really good. It was pleasant surprise to end our trip to Greece.
