My issue with this was I wasn't able to stay there last night because upon originally booking this stay it was for two weeks ago and somehow in the app it changed the day i booked to last night. I could never figure out how to change the days so I to rebook at the site two weeks ago and just eat the charge for last nights visit even though i wasn't there. all in all it was a frustrating experience with Expedia.

The ac in the first room didn't work. The lady at the front desk did a great job getting us into new room. The tvs are old and dated. The pool.was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was very good.

Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast fine with hot foods available. Upholstery in room was worn and frayed, TV did not work properly and pool/hot tub were down for maintenance for the last month (ok for us, but there were some pretty disappointed parents with children).

Worst customer service experience ever!
Walked to check in later in the evening with my wife. First we stood there for 10+ mins, rang front bell twice. Finally we hear someone come out from the back, could hear them very clearly blow their noise. Finally yelled hello after 2 mins, “I’ll be right there!” I finally was able to ask for check in. “You didn’t get our call?” My phone was on me all day. No dead service. Phone number correct. No I said. They had been overbooked and no one reached out. It’s almost midnight and it’s the night before the Eclipse, everybody was booked up! Ended up staying somewhere 30 miles out! I understand being overbooked but let me know! Send a email as well, or hsve it canceled.
