It was pretty run down and people were living there, the door did not close totally at the bottom It was pretty sketchy but it served the purpose of being at the Sanford Airport early

I wouldn't stay here again. We booked for 3 Nights. The Hotel is Advertised as a Non Smoking Space. Practically EVERYONE smoked there. So much so that the room itself smelled like Cigarettes. My Husband has Asthma and he couldn't do another night. We checked out the following morning. It's basically an extended Stay Hotel. You sign a document stating you can't stay longer than 7 days without checking out but when they offer a 3 Night Stay Discount and a Weekly Rate you can kind of piece it together.

Don't waste your time or money.
This place was terrible. Got there and they said they didn't have any rooms even though I said we had a reservation. Guy came back and got us the room (last one available) we get into the room and it has one of the beds not made and a towel on that bed. It was dirty, had roaches. It was gross. Needless to say we didn't sleep much.

I woke up to bites from bedbugs and roaches in the room. Apparently they have residents that live there and they were arguing outside the door.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE
First off, checking into the hotel there was an unexpected $75 deposit fee that was not mentioned here online nor on their online website. The first room they gave us had a a strong smell of cigarettes and the room was supposed to be non-smoking. Also, this “hotel” has a total 0 generators or any backup electricity. On top of they do not allow any pets whatsoever even during a hurricane. But the owner was bidding for how much he could take from me for me dog to stay during hurricane Milton. The microwave wasn’t working in the room. This hotel only cares about money and not your safety or comfort. If you do not cancel 24 hours before your stay they WILL NOT give a refund. Please NEVER stay in the hotel on any occasion, especially during a hurricane.

BUGS, NOT SAFE, DIRTY.
Horrible place. 1st room had a strong cigarette odor, we switched to another room. This one had 2 towels, both were stained. ROACHES ! All over the room. We ended up leaving all our luggage in the car because of the bugs, also slept with the lights on hoping to deter them. At one point I killed one on the bed, then 2 on the floor. 1 got away all on my walk from the bed to the bathroom. There were many ppl hanging around the property, all of them were shady. My wife didn’t want to leave the room alone. Cars broken down all over the parking lot. Drink machines were sold out. All night we heard the folks outside partying, dogs barking, knocking noises. It wasn’t pleasant what so ever. We both didn’t sleep at all, we eventually checked out at 6am and slept in our rental car.

You can find better at this price.
Just a 1 night stay. Hotel room did have roaches, I was also charged a deposit even tho the next day I found out they didn’t charge for deposits. Area gave that lock your doors and watch ur surroundings type. Hotel clerk didn’t talk much, quite didn’t seem happy. I wouldn’t recommend if ur staying longer then a couple days

This property is a drug haven. The pictures shown are not what they are. There was homeless people walking around. About 25 dirty matresses piled up in the back. Went to leave an request a refund an the hotel refused. Once we got to another hotel told them bout this place an they said if you want drugs or prostitutes that is the place to be. Also has been known to have dead bodys found there regularly.

This would have been a great visit [ visited 11 months ago]..ac in room 110 bearly cooled ( asked for a fan they dont have any & offered to move us but it was so late declined) ..9:45pm & 10:30ish called office about loud guests in pool the second one call while I was on the phone front desk yelled at the people they had to go because some lady was complaining. Around 9:00 p.m. the roaches started coming out kills about 10 of them before I gave up. Around 4:00 p.m. we went to enjoy the pool and there was people there in the pool area with a dog eating food lots of food and leaving the food on the chairs around the pool area there was also garbage blowing into the pool and around the pool area.. they were smoking and talking about food stamps and drugs and dealers which made me very uncomfortable and I quote "if you ain't coughing it's not good s***" also side note my air conditioner smells like weed. The property itself is cleanish for the most part sadly they still have repaired the lake deck. [ last time they took a $75 deposit this time they didn't take any deposit so that was a plus] There was mold in the bathroom around the toilet and down the side of the sub in the seals... the bathroom toilet ran all night I believe all they have to do is fix the flapper and that will fix the problem. Honestly this coffee would be a good property I'm sad that it has turned excuse my description Ghetto.

Rooms was very nice, but had a bit of concern from staff at check in and checking out checking in my bill was already paid but was asked for a $deposit was not explained why was not told the wi-fi code was not told about any type of breakfast but I asked will my $dollars be refunded and was told yes so next day at checkout 10:55 am I turned key in and ask for refund I was told no receipt no refund I felt like I should have been told to keep the receipt, but I found it and the clerk said it doesn’t have amount written on top of receipt but the receipt clearly had that I was charged $and now it is 12 hours later and my refund is not back in my bank he claimed it will go back soon as her check me out I need my money back in my account I also ran into another lady that her whole refund did not go back into her account so I don’t trust them anymore, and also for three people we had 1 wash cloth and two towels and a hand towel and mat or we supposed to use it on all three of us I did go to the maid and get wash cloths and 2 more towels other than these things it can be a nice place to stay I will not revise until my $deposit is returned deposit was returned two days later maybe because Monday was a holiday

Hotel looks to have been redone recently. Rooms are nice. Looking but bugs. We only crashed for the night for the airport so it was a cost pick. The hotel charged us a different amount than online booking. And apparently that has been an issue from a note posted at the counter.
