We truly enjoyed our night at this Hyatt. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is only about 4 years old and seems new and is very clean. Our room with 1 king bed was very comfortable. We got a great night sleep and had a wonderful breakfast before continuing down the I 40. Although we only stayed one night, I know we would enjoy a multi night stay.

The front entrance had not been swept. I picked up some debris. The hallway to my room (301) had not been vacuumed. No lotion in the room. Signs of a spill at the front of the elevator on 3rd floor. So disappointing.

Driving from Denver to Houston, needed a one night stay and we typically always go with Hyatt Because our previous stay in the past have been wonderful. When we checked in, the first room we got put in was not clean. The bed was made but sheets definitely did not seem like they were washed as there was hair on the sheets and all over the pillow. We asked to switch rooms and they kindly did so. The second room was decent - the sheets did seem clean as well as the bathroom. But we did notice there was stuff left on the counter left either from previous guest or cleaning crew. We did not ask to switch rooms again as we got in late and we were super tired. Overall the property was beautiful. Staff was nice, and amenities were great. But the cleaning could be better

The staff were very kind and super helpful. Because we don't appreciate staying in rooms where people have brought their animals, the front desk attendant was super kind and helpful to remove any rugs that might contain animal residue. We would not have stayed here had we been aware that animals were allowed in the rooms and dining areas. While we were eating breakfast some proud dog owner was strutting his animal in and around the food area as well as the dining area. It's a beautiful, well kept property but the animal thing would keep us from staying there again. People and animals should not be sharing sleeping and dining and living spaces. But, to each his own.

We did enjoy the room and our breakfast and coffee very much! We enjoyed the big TV in the room and the ability to view our bill and check out on the menu options. But the door on our room needed adjustment it rubbed against the door jam and we had to push or pull it shut. We would stay there again.

The hotel was lovely. It had a terrible sewer smell when we walked in to check in and a lot of flys buzzing around in the lobby. This morning when we came down to check out our hallway had a faint smell of dog poo. The lobby had no smell and no flys. We checked out at 7am. The breakfast was lovely with many options and choices. Good coffee too. This hotel is dog friendly and it was very clean.
