I was a frequent costumer I used to stay in this hotel every month due to my work. The manager is v nice and professional. However this time the new front desk lady her name is Bridget was v unprofessional, rude and lack communication skills. Inconvenience during check in, check out. Also I stayed 1 week had 2 times room service when they just did the bed and picked up trash, no cleaning otherwise.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I really like - the front desk is friendly and responsive, the rooms are clean, the lobby is beautiful, and the free breakfast is delicious. The little kitchen in the room has all the necessary cookware - it’s just perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk put us in the worst room-the nearest one to I-40 the first night. Lots lots of road noise. We requested the refund for the second night but they refused. Instead they gave us another room. Better. Breakfast tastes bad. The way into the hotel there's a deep pit.

Amazing staff in an excellent location

Very friendly, helpful staff that recognized my birthday with a card and free item from market! Amazing room and excellent breakfast with hot healthy choices as well as a variety of cold cereal. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever seen @ any Marriott properties.
