Hotel is in perfect walking distance for everything East Aurora. Clean, safe, and quiet. It’s our go-to hotel when in the area. Unfortunately, this stay was subpar. It was an impromptu stay and we didn’t have any toiletries with us. The front desk provided us with toothbrushes but they were out of toothpaste…Not ideal but not the end of the world. I figured we could make do or run to CVS. The shower was out of shampoo in the wall mounted dispenser and I didn’t find out until I was already in the shower… For $175/night no toothpaste and no shampoo is unacceptable in my opinion.

Front desk people seemed bored at check in. Not rude, but also not welcoming or enthusiastic. I ran the shower for 5-10 minutes and the water temperature never really got hot enough. Barely warm. This is one of two hotels in EA, and what you pay for one night shows that they know it. Too expensive.

I frequently return to this hotel due to my family residing in the area. Its convenient location provides easy access to the more rural areas of Western New York, as well as proximity to the highway for trips into the city. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I have had no issues with the Wi-Fi, and the desk in my room has been comfortable for working when needed. Notably, during the Christmas of 2022, I was unexpectedly snowed in at the hotel. The staff handled the situation exceptionally well, implementing measures to ensure everything remained under control and finding creative ways to entertain the children. I always look forward to returning to this hotel during my visits to Western New York.
