We had a fabulous overnight stay with our family of 5. The beds were so comfortable and the location was so convenient being near the train station and other facilities. The staff were very helpful and we had a lovely breakfast.

My husband, teenage daughter, and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved that this property was right across the street from Central Station, just a bit to the left as you came out of the station. We also loved the breakfast--good, hearty food and a good variety (eggs, croissants, fruit, pancakes, sausage, beans, coffee, tea, and more). We stayed on the second floor in a building with an extremely tight, winding staircase. We had to "fire brigade" our suitcases down the stairs, as we literally couldn't fit our bodies and the suitcases down the tight staircase together. The hotel is also literally about 10 steps from the start of the red light district, so the area just southeast was very noisy and dirty. Overall, though, the room was spacious and clean--albeit kind of bare--and we could overlook minor inconveniences.

We only thing we didn’t like, was the 8 very steep steeps leading to our room. For a couple of seniors, it was a bit challenging. We noticed much younger people had earsil Otherwise--- opening the door to our room was quite a surprise. The room was very large and had three large windows, with fabulous views of Central Station, & channals & great views of restaurant areas. The room, I believe, could've held at least 6 twin size beds with ample space between them. Breakfast came with our stay. It was fabulous. At first I thought it was going to be a 'dive'

It's true the stairs are steep and narrow. But that's almost everything in the area. We stayed in Apt 1. Narrow hallways the room had a little kitchen, Bathroom and 2 beds were upstairs, the narrow steep stairs. We either walked or took the buses everywhere. Tons of great places to eat. Close to the main train station.

Staff was cool. Someone was always at the reception desk. Got a discount through them to do the countryside tour. Had a nice bar attached as well. Train stations were all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep which is all i used it for. Location is also perfect. Plenty of restaurants and bars all around. Would definitely stay again

I was very disappointed that they gave me a room where I need to take 2 flight of stairs to get to it. The main reason I booked this hotel was the fact that they have elevator. Unfortunately they couldnt give me the room that I wanted. It was so much hassle & I totally regret booking this hotel. If I would have known I would have just booked somewhere cheaper since I would still take stairs here. The stairs in that room are very steep. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone if they cant provide you with the room that you booked for. This was never in the booking details. Plus the light in the bathroom was not working. We have to wait the next day to have it fixed. And the guy at the reception in the morning is very rude. I read alot of bad online reviews about him & management should either fire him or let him go on training for good customer service skills which he never had. Other than that, hotel is in a good location, room is clean, towels were changed everyday & breakfast is adequate.

Close to Central Station. The furniture and everything else in the room were old (antique & run out). Also, zero soundproof. We could hear pedestrian's conversation from our room. Service is great though. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and informative.
