Amazing
I don’t know where to start. The hotel was amazing. Every inch goes by in to making your stay lovely. The room was very spacious. We had a comfort triple. The surroundings are gorgeous and the staff are so helpful. Breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked for you when you arrive down in the morning. You choose your items the night before from a breakfast list. Location brilliant. Only a ten minute walk from central station. I can’t fault anything. Thank you for a lovely stay in Amsterdam. We will definitely recommend this hotel. Hope to be back soon.

The hotel was beautiful and perfect location. Perhaps more of a culture shock but the staff doesn’t talk to you. Only spoke during my check in. I would use the word amenities lightly because the bar closes at 11pm and breakfast has to be preordered the day before. Overall, would only recommend for the location.

It’s located in a central but quiet area of the city. The room was lovely and looked out straight over the canal. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful.

We had to wait over 30min for our room even though we went after 3pm. They offered us drinks while waiting the room and then tried to charge me for it then changed their mind and said it in a way like they did me a favour. Room was super small, cannot put two large suitcase in the standard room. Location was not bad.

I was not aware rhat the hotel was VIP access, so would not know what to expect. The room (101) had recently been renovated and it was spacious. The sink was outside the bathroom, which took some adjusting to. The room/bathroom was clean and comfortable.
