The hosts at check-in were fantastic. They were friendly and helpful, and provided us with many good suggestions for our time in Amsterdam. The room was pretty and clean. The property is well-located near some popular areas, but not directly in the middle of them - it feels quiet and safe at night.

Bartender makes a great whiskey sour. The bed was comfy. Museums are a 5 minute walk away. Casino across the street. The water canal across the street is one of the better ones(clean), unlike the ones closer to the red light area. Would stay again.

I don’t think there was anything that I didn’t like about the hotel, it was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, available staff who were very knowledgeable. The place looks very well managed and maintained. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. The place smelled very nice too!

Closely located to the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. Nice reception with a welcome drink. Rooms are very small and AC did not work well. We booked a superior duplex suite which had unusable seating area on the first level. The windows were beautiful but did nothing to reduce the street noise. The rooms are not sound proofed and you can hear knocking, cleaning, and conversation from the hallway or the room next door. Unfortunately, we had a neighbor that decided to play really loud thumping music the first night and this continued until almost 11 pm (not the hotel’s fault). The breakfast was okay and really not worth the price. I really wanted to like this hotel and I think others would like it just fine but I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Great location & comfy beds!
Great location, close to the pin district- green and quiet and not dirty like central Amsterdam. The museum is 5 min walk away as is vondelpark. Lots of walkable restaurants and bars and a spar shop. Got a complimentary beer at check in and the staff are great. My bed was really comfy and the bathroom was sparkling clean with plenty of towels and products. The only minor issues were parts of the hotel were a bit tired- carpets on corridors and the glass doors on the room were old and chipped. Also every single time I came in and out there was a laundry trolley outside my room- all hours of the day! And there was rubbish people had left outside the lift area which was never disposed of. Over all a very pleasant stay with a really pretty lobby & lots of seating with a cocktail bar. Also they have room service ☺️
