Was a great place for a 2night stay. One small annoyance. There are signs all over for Grab and Go coffee. Went downstairs on Sat morning to grab one. Front desk said only from Mon to Friday. It might be nice to say that on the signs. Bellmen were Awesome.

The overall hotel was fantastic. We were pleased with the location as we walked to everything we needed. The staff was extremely prepared and helpful. The only service that we would suggest improvement on is the location of the Spa. The staff at the spa was great, but the location is not good as you can hear the pool activity which makes relaxing a bit more difficult.

Great place to stay in Sydney, location is top notch walking distance (with 2 kids) to 3 train stations, shoppping, dining and circular quay. Staff were friendly and helpful, amenties were good for the family and our double room was spacious.

Really recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sydney. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are spacious. Excellent amenities & a great location near the harbour.

Despite works on the new Hunter Station you wouldnt know it. Our room looked out over the constructuon site and was so quiet. Great location and customer service, unfortunately we had to use the complimentary umbrellas but its the little things that make this a great staycation!!!
