Amazing Breakfast great staff
Upgrade room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast had lots of options and catered for Gluten free (Allergy) with staff understanding my wife’s needs. Staff at breakfast were super friendly and helpful going above and beyond. They also gave advice for transport to city centre.

My stay was pleasant the staff were amazing, the shuttle is straight forward from the airport. The premium rooms are simply amazing, spacious, beds are comfortable pillows lovely. You pay €5 to go to the airport with the shuttle but on your way back to the hotel it’s free. Andy who is at reception is absolutely brilliant he went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel room was very outdated, there was no hand soap. The water drainage was not working so I felt apprehensive about taking showers. The staff were really nice but unfortunately the hotel itself was shambolic

Used the shuttle to get from the airport, the driver didn't even get out of his seat to assist with luggage. The shuttle drops you off in the lower level of the hotel, checkin is one level up however you need a key card to use the elevator so don't expect to bring your luggage up until you have walked up the stairs and checked in. The wall in the sleeping area next to the bathroom where the tub is was deteriorated due to water leakage. Upon checkout we got stuck in the elevator and sounded the alarm multiple times over the 5-8 minutes while we were on the emergency phone with no one answering it. Finally forced our way out of the elevator and went down to catch the shuttle to the airport, this time the bus driver was on the ball and was very helpful. Good luck with this one.

Overall a good choice for a quick stay while in Amsterdam. Breakfast seems a little over priced since there are not any other options, but food was very good. I would stay here again for a layover or quick stay near the airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is out of Amsterdam but commutable with the bus and train. Would stay here again as the price:comfort ratio is far better than in Amsterdam.
