Amazing service and prime location! I arrived early in the morning from a long flight from the US and they accommodated me to check in early. Hands down the best service! I will be back for sure. Five stars!

Very central with great staff. The only thing that was annoying was that there was only 1 mirror in the bedroom and my straightener irons for my hair did not reach the mirror so was doinhg my hair blind. This is a no no for a woman.

Staff were very kind and efficient. We really appreciate that a room was ready when we arrived before noon. Electric curtains randomly opened and closed multiple times at night, and we had to move rooms. Note, they *do not have operating air conditioning during winter months.* Our room was hot as Hades during our stay. We had the heat off and the windows open day and night, but the hotel was so hot it was still hard to sleep. Loved the central location.

The hotel itself is great. It is in a great location right across from Dam square. The bed is very comfortable. The room was spacious. Bathroom is spacious and has a great tub/shower. The only complaint I have is that there is no parking as advertised on the site. We had to park in a car park across and down the street and pay $120 for 2 nights. Also there is only a couple of channels (bbc) available in English and no way to hook up to Netflix or any other streaming services so we did not get to relax and watch any tv. Otherwise I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I Stayed one night the hotel is very modern, clean and appealing. Staff is professional and formal. The room was great except when it finally came time to sleep. The room was very warm. No Ac inside of the room. The window did not stay open it would close once you moved your hand away. The room has a thermostat but all it did was control the fan. There was an extra fan in the room. Even with both fans running and the window propped open with a can of soda the room was still very warm. I couldn’t sleep at all and just for context I live in the north east United States. I don’t usually open my windows or have AC on when it’s cold outside. Very uncomfortable staff told me they were fully booked not much they could do.

Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient. The room was a decent size with a massive bed. The hotel is in the centre of the city, no need for taxi’s etc everywhere is in walking distance. Would certainly stay here again.

The location is great! It is very convenient to walk back to the hotel after breakfast or lunch to go to hotel room's toilet because in Europe, it is not easy to use public toilet unless you walk into a bar or restaurant. Unlike Singapore where our public toilet are available everywhere in train stations and shopping malls without the need to pay, for Amsterdam, all public toilet have to pay.
