Room was in good condition. Lovely coffee and pastries in reception. Asked for daily room freshen, this did not happen during our 3 night stay. Staff member who checked us in was very helpful. Some staff members quite abrupt.

The location is great, with much to see. We walked to the museums, about a mile, but was not a bad walk. There were a couple of great restaurants near by, Savina which was nice to just stroll to dinner. Rooms are small but clean. Staff was outstanding.

The room was clean. The bathroom and room was a bit small but I probably didn't read the size correctly. It was ok though since it was for one night only. Warm and friendly staff with food options at the hotel. About 3 minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal with lots of places to eat around. I would stay here again but definitely in a bigger room

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful the location of the hotel is amazing close to public transport made getting around the city easy. Great shops and restaurants all within walking distances. Only complaint was once you leave the lobby heading to your rooms there is an odd smell and not the kind of smoke smell you seem to have everywhere. In saying that once you open your window in the room it seems to disappear. And i would stay here again.

Great, present and friendly staff. Clean room, perfect location for walking to food, cafes and the tram was a three minute walk. The sheets and towels were and smelled clean. Comfortable bed as well.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The room was small, but that was not unexpected. The breakfast was very nice. While the street it is on is busy, and not “quaint “, it is a short walk to many places we enjoyed. I would stay here again.

Excellent Stay at WestCord City Center Amsterdam

We had a fantastic stay at WestCord City Center Hotel! The location is ideal — within walking distance of Central Station, Dam Square, and major attractions, and the tram stop is right in front of the hotel, making getting around the city very easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, offering great tips on restaurants, sights, and transportation. Check-in was smooth, and service throughout our stay was excellent. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Overall, WestCord City Center offers excellent comfort, a prime location, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam!
