We really enjoyed the location to everything downtown. They are very clean and had nice bathrooms. Only improvement would be to have more functioning power adapters for out of town guests. We really appreciated the refreshments and friendly staff!

Clean, but the bathroom was separated from the room by a frosted glass door. Not a lot of privacy. For the room that sleeps 3 there was not enough surface area for belongings and suitcases. Staff was very nice and friendly

Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. The reception are very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend if you want to be close to everything.

Nice and convenient area, unfortunately the hotel was under renovations and they started with concrete drills before 7am in the morning and none stop until we checked out. They were right above our room, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not shared with us at check in time and even though we shared this with the hotel desk, they did nothing to try compensate our stay.

Very unhelpful at check in - we arrived early as did many others and were told room was not ready which was fair enough but then while waiting in reception for over an hour some people were allowed their keys to their rooms while you could see reception staff were literally making others wait until 3 pm on the dot to get into their rooms - like the magic cleaners suddenly finished all rooms at 3 pm.

The hotel is convenient-walking distance from the train station and many sites in Amsterdam. They have a sitting area in the lobby with tables where you can visit. Coffee and tea is supplied 24hrs. I felt very secure. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient to many restaurants shopping etc.

This property had a convenient location to the train station but was of course is a touristy location so food is meh and expensive. Go elsewhere to eat! Also know the beds are backward in the room, have no side tables and limited electrical outlets.

Great location

Perfect for our three night's stay. A short walk from the train station with Western canals/Jordaan areas within easy reach. The Museum quarter was a pleasant 40 minutes walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel, room and restaurant for buffet breakfast was clean and well organised.

Excellent stay with good service

The hotel is clean and modern with lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with plenty of variety from cooked items eg bacon, scrambled eggs etc, pastries, sour dough breads, cheese, cold meats, yoghurt cereals fruit etc. The room was ideal for what we wanted very comfortable bed, air con if you needed it and a big plus for me the ability to have an open window. Tea and coffee were provided in the room as were toiletries in the bathroom. The reception area was large and spacious with tables and seating along with free tea and coffee making facility. The hotel is also well situated in the centre about 5-10 mins walk from Centraal Station and tram stops right outside the front door, making it very easy to get around ysung public transport. Would highly recommend and use again if we returned to Amsterdam.
