I think it’s vitally important for the hotel to revise its profiles on travel and booking websites. There is NO restaurant on site- and that is often a hefty consideration for weary business travelers.

Very quiet generally as located within grounds of college and it was the holidays. Room was a bit noisy over front door and sitting area where people talked loudly until late!. Otherwise perfectly acceptable and not flashy.

When I looked at the pics online, I thought a bit spartan… but great little hotel. Friendly staff and almost walking distance from the cut little town of Andover. Nice stay!

Don’t stay in room 305
Either the hvac system was very noisy or there is an animal in the attic above room 305. It kept me up most of the night.
