My only issue was that the bed was in really bad shape. They need to realize they have a certain amount of usage and need to be replaced. They are still operating like normal f it’s COVID with the cleaning of your room only after a minimum of a 3 night stay so you will get service on the 4th. I would not return to this location again until I knew that they had changed these issues I explained.

Not a great stay
Overall, our stay was disappointing. Our room was in no condition to be rented. The tub was filthy with a layer of grit on the bottom. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet seat was broken, the "safety bar" on the door wasn't screwed into the doorjam properly, and the refrigerator froze our drinks and could not be adjusted to lower the temperature. The maintenance personnel did a great job of addressing the issues, but it should not of been necessary. The breakfast food avaliable, which i do realize is an ammenity, was not great. Almost nothing was available for someone with a food allergen. The eggs were rubbery and bland.

While the room was okay, the shower itself had mold all around the edges of it. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The hallway constantly smelled like marijuana. The carpet in our room smelled like pee. One of the hotel staff, who i think was a manager, was insensistive to our friend with ADA needs and commented abour her walker. Breakfast was basic but expected. Hotel has a weird set up but that didn't interfere with our experience. Conveniently close to chili's, within walking distance.

The staff in the front desk is very nice and accommodating, the problem was the room, the AC was not working, bathroom has hairs in the tub and worst of all there’s a mouse running around the room. We asked to be moved right away & told them the problem,they offered to give a free night if we signed up for their rewards program, like I wouldn’t even consider coming back here even if it’s free.
