The room didn’t have Hot water to take a shower. They said they knew about it and didn’t say anything during the booking of the room. Asked for money back and said they couldn’t since it went through 3rd party. They said contact you.

Christmas visit
We have stayed at this property multiple times. They struggle over the holidays. This trip we had no hot water except in the evening. Switched rooms and had the same problem. Last year we had a smoke detector that beeped all night. No maintenance on hand, so nothing was fixed during our stay. I definitely will be looking elsewhere for our next holiday visit.

Mattress on bed was not comfortable and sunken in the middle. Was also hard to actually speak with someone at the front desk before check-in: I had questions about early check-in, called several numbers listed on-line - none of which put me in touch with a person that could answer my question. I attempted to message the hotel via Expedia’s auto message & still did not receive a reply despite assurance that someone would be reaching out via email.

It was okay
I had difficulty sleeping due to the thermostat control. The shower also didn't get hot and I took a lukewarm shower. However, the breakfast was great (lots of options) and the staff was friendly! :)

Our room was not cleaned after we were gone all day. When I mentioned this at checkout I was told there was a sign on the bathroom mirror saying to request this service. I was not made aware of this at check in. Also, the person at the front desk used the excuse of Covid being the reason that they do this. Last I checked, the pandemic is over. Also, went down for breakfast at 8 am on Sunday. The place was only about 1/4 full. They were out of eggs, waffles and potatoes and we had to wait a long time to get these refilled.
