Your location at the north end of Anna Maria Island gives you easy access to some of the area’s best shopping, dining, and beaches. You can walk about two blocks and be at the water! If you'd rather take the free trolley, just hop on and ride to almost anywhere in town. Be sure to plan a stop at the Island General Store for sandwiches and sweets - but find a friend willing to share if you plan on ordering one of the famous jumbo brownies.

Flatscreen TVs provide your entertainment in the living room and bedrooms. Free WiFi access is also available throughout the property. Throw your laundry in the private washer and dryer and wash your worries away. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup. There's room for three cars to park here, including one garage spot.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
