The room that we had reserved was not available and when the clerk who tried to assist by giving us another room, gave us the correct room it was already occupied and we open the door to find another guest in the room. When we returned to the front desk they gave us another room and apologized, but the next room they gave us was filthy and had not been made up, We finally settled in and went to bed, there were cigar burns on the sofa and the room was a mess with towels from the prior guest on the floor and the bedding having been used .

The staff were amazong. Our shuttle was very nice snd made great recommendations related to activities n places to eat.
Our room was okay. The toilet didnt have a cover to show that.it was cleaned. In the morning, with more lughting notice red spots in the sheets. The pillows were terrible. Overall, probably would stay again would just.check things more closely.
We were on the 4th floor and the elevator was inoperable during our stay so we had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of stairs. We are Hilton honors gold members, and have never experienced this before I was shocked. Normally my stay is enjoyable, however due to the elevator being in out of service, it made it not enjoyable at all.
